Service location: Zhambyl and Turkistan regions.
Service period: until October 10, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- careful dismantling of previously installed measuring equipment and structural elements without compromising their integrity;
- loading and transporting the dismantled equipment from the original installation sites to the new locations designated by the Client's representative;
- execution of necessary earthworks and preparatory work at the new installation sites;
- re-installation and securing of measuring flumes, masts, mounts, and other structural equipment elements;
- ensuring the stability and proper positioning of the installed equipment, taking water flow conditions into account;
- participating in the test run of the equipment jointly with the Client's representative following its relocation and re-installation;
- photographic documentation of the work performed prior to dismantling and after installing the equipment at the new location.
Requirements for the Contractor's Resources
To perform the work, the Contractor shall provide, at its own expense:
• Welding machines, angle grinders, rotary hammers (as required), hand tools (shovels, crowbars, pickaxes, sledgehammers, axes), drills, and screwdrivers.
• Procurement and delivery of rolled metal for masts and supports (in accordance with the Client's requirements), fasteners, welding electrodes, cement (as required), and sealants; as well as components for installing meters into piping, such as flanges, steel reducers (cones), pipe sections, and gaskets.
• Own transport and a portable electric generator (as required) for performing work in the field.
Qualification Requirements
1. Skills, technical knowledge, and understanding of equipment installation processes.
2. Proficiency in using tools for installation and dismantling.

General Information
Service Name: Provision of a vehicle with a driver (fieldwork assistant).
Location: Zhambyl and Turkistan regions (24 target sites).
Service Period: September – November 2026 (3 months).
Format: Daily availability for trips based on the Client's requests.
Purpose of Engagement:
Ensuring uninterrupted mobility for the Client’s field team, as well as providing physical and technical assistance during the installation and operation of measuring equipment.
Vehicle requirements
Off-road capable vehicle
Technical condition: The vehicle must be in good working order and equipped with air conditioning and a functional 12V cigarette lighter socket for connecting and charging field equipment; it must be fitted with tires appropriate for the season that ensure safe off-road travel.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown or malfunction, the Supplier must provide a replacement vehicle of a similar type within 24 hours, while maintaining the terms of the contract.
Supplier’s Obligations
Transportation functions:
Ensuring the safe transportation of the Customer’s employees.
Bearing all costs for fuel (gasoline/diesel), meals, accommodation, and vehicle maintenance and routine repairs.
No payment is due for the time the vehicle spends undergoing repairs. If the vehicle is unable to be deployed, the Supplier must provide a replacement within 24 hours. Failure to meet this deadline incurs a penalty payable by the Supplier for each day of downtime. In the event of repeated violations (more than twice), the Customer reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
Technical assistance:
Assistance with the installation and dismantling of equipment at 24 sites (sensors, measuring flumes, etc.).
Assistance with mast installation.
Transport of measuring equipment from the warehouse to installation sites within the target areas in the Zhambyl and Turkistan regions. Upon completion of the field season and dismantling operations, transport of all equipment back to the Client's warehouse.
Ensuring the safety and integrity of the equipment while at the field sites.
At the Client's request, the Contractor shall verify the functionality and integrity of the installed equipment; additionally, upon the commencement of irrigation water delivery to the canals, the Contractor shall perform control measurements of water levels and flow rates at each installed measuring flume and meter (including those installed on pumps). Measurement results shall be recorded, noting the date and the start and end times of the irrigation water delivery. The Contractor shall document the irrigation water delivery measurement process via photographs and video. Reporting materials shall be submitted to the Client within 3 hours via agreed-upon communication channels.
Photographic documentation of installation sites shall be provided at the Client's request.
Operating Schedule
Request-based system: Trips are made based on the Client's request (12–24 hours' notice).
Time tracking: The Service Provider maintains trip logs recording mileage, signed by the Client's authorized representative.
